THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Beth Nduta Munyugi (deceased), of P.O. Box 4994, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.35 hectares or thereabout, known as Loc.16/Ndunyu Chege/779, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in Succession Cause No. 205 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Jeremiah Mugweru Joseph (ID/1849894) and (2) Robert Njoroge Kihiu (ID/ 0618647), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Jeremiah Mugweru Joseph and (2) Robert Njoroge Kihiu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Beth Nduta Munyugi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
