THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Bernard Muriithi Gatimu (ID/217142207) and (2) Nancy Muthoni Gatimu (ID/1404761), both of P.O. Box 6–10306, Kagio in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 3.710 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, registered under title No. Mutira/Kirimunge/999, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof has been lost/misplaced at Kirinyaga Land Registry and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is hereby given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a second edition of the land register under the provisions of section 33(5) of the Land Registration Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
