REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Washington Kibatha Thuo and (2) Henry Gati Hiuhu, as the administrators of the estate of Charles Thuo Kibatha, of P.O. Box 1210–00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 10874/58, situate in Thika Municipality in Kiambu County, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 58730, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
