THE EWASO NG’IRO NORTH RIVER BASIN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT

APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (l) of the Ewaso Ngiro North River Basin Development Authority Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for East African Community (EAC), the ASALS and Regional Development appoints— Lina Adikento Marleni, Melus Lodung’okiok, Daud Yakub Guliye, Lenaiyara Lenana Nixon, Veronicah Muthoni Ikunyua, Jane Tingis Putunoi to be members of the Ewaso Ngiro North River Basin Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 31st May, 2023.
