APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (d) of the
Kenya Maritime Authority Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Mining,
Blue Economy and Maritime Affairs appoints—
ALI ABDALLA MONDO
to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Maritime
Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 31st
May, 2023.
