TAKE NOTICE that the Chief Justice and President of the Supreme Court of Kenya has established the following Employment and Labour Relations Court Divisions in Nairobi: (a) The Claims and Labour Relations Division (b) The Judicial Review and Labour Rights Division (c) The Appeals Division with effect from the 26th January, 2023.
