THE COMMUNITY LAND ACT

IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by section 8 (1) of the Community Land Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development, in consultation with the County Government of Garissa, has developed the Adjudication Programme for the community in Garissa County set out in the second column of the Schedule. SCHEDULE County Community Location Garissa Kamuthe Kamuthe The Cabinet Secretary shall proceed to publish the notices of the intention to survey and demarcate for registration of community land in the above Schedule as per section 8 (4) of the Community Land Act and any law relating to adjudication of titles to land.
