NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and the Authority of the court sitting at Ogembo Law Courts under CR. Misc. Appl. No. E100/2023. The owner/custodians of Motorcycles lying idle unclaimed within Kenyenya Police Station yard are informed to collect them within thirty days (30) from the date of this publication and pay the cost of this publication of this notice failure to which M/s Ikimwanya Auctioneers are authorized to sale them through public auction without any other notice nor reference to the owner.
