NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an authority and an order under Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. E19/2023 in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kangundo, to the public/owners/custodians of motor vehicles and motorcycles which are lying idle and unclaimed within KBC Police Yard to collect the said motor vehicles and motorcycles at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice.
