NOTICE is given that Harveen Gadhoke of Adili Associates LLP, ALN House, Eldama Ravine Close, off Eldama Ravine Road, Westlands, Nairobi and P.O. Box 764–00606, Nairobi was appointed as the Administrator of Savannah Cement Limited (Under Administration), company number C.142955, on the 24th November, 2022 and became effective following Court ruling on the 21st July, 2023. Following the appointment, all the affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Administrator. The directors of the Company no longer have any power or authority to deal with these matters. Any party having a claim against the Company should submit their claim in writing, together with relevant supporting documentation and a proof of debt form, to the Administrator on or before the 25 August, 2023 for consideration. The Administrator acts as an agent of the Company and contracts without personal liability.
