APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated the 29th March, 2022, I appointed Naftali Miranyi Omari, County Co-operative Commissioner, Nakuru County, to be liquidator for Kenton Kijabe Hills FCS Limited (in liquidation) for a period not exceeding one (1) year, and whereas 30th June, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE the said Naftali Miranyi Omari, has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period. Now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation for Kenton Kijabe Hills FCS Limited (CS 1499) for another period not exceeding one (1) year and re-appoint Naftali Miranyi Omari, to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society Dated the 22nd June, 2023.
