IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 8 (1) (d) (iii) of the Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development appoints— ALBERT KIMUTAI (PROF.) to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 30th June, 2023.
