APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) (b) of the
Agricultural Development Corporation Act, the Cabinet Secretary for
Agriculture and Livestock Development appoints—

Elisha Mwei,
to be members of the Board of Directors of the Agricultural
Development Corporation, for a period of three (3) years, with effect
from the 30th June, 2023.
