E5 OF 2025 By Samwel Kipchumba Lagat, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplagat Chebii, who died at Tugumoi Sub-location, on 29th December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2025 By Sylvia Chepchirchir Kimutai, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Kimutai Psaigut alias Andrew Kimutai Chelimo, who died at Mariakani, on 18th November, 2014. CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2025 By Benjamin Kiprotich, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chelimo Kipkatam alias Chelimo Kipkatam Chepkwony, who died on 23rd February, 2014. CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2025 By Philomena Jemutai, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kipkemoi Kipkoech, who died at Kiptabus, Keiyo North, on 15th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
