TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2025 By (1) Gladys Jumwa Kashuru and (2) Samson Thoya Baya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Kashuru Baya, who died on 13th June, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
