NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th December, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1108, in Volume D1, Folio 949/3809, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Fatima Mohamed Mire Mahmood, of P.O. Box 261–20106, Molo in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Fatuma Mohamed Mire, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Fatuma Mohamed Mire, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fatima Mohamed Mire Mahmood, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Fatima Mohamed Mire Mahmood only.
