MMXXV, by our client, Josphat Mwangi, of P.O. Box 261–20106,
Molo in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Josphat Mwangi
Langat, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of
his former name Josphat Mwangi Langat, and in lieu thereof assumed
and adopted the name Josphat Mwangi, for all purposes and
authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe
and address him by his assumed name Josphat Mwangi only.
