ACT
NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of
Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and in
accordance with the authority granted under MCCRMISC/E120/2025
by the Magistrate’s Court at Chuka, to the public, owners, or
custodians of various motorcycles and other miscellaneous goods
currently lying idle and unclaimed within Ntharene Police Yard, to
collect the said items within seven (7) days from the date of
publication of this notice. Failure to do so will result in the disposal of
the unclaimed goods by way of public auction by Makys Auctioneers
on behalf of Ntharene Police Station, as authorized by law.
