APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 22 (1) of Anti-
Counterfeit Act, the Anti-Counterfeit Authority Board appoints:
Barbara Mwende Munguti,
Fredrick Mubea Wainaina,
to be inspectors for purposes of enforcing the provisions of the Act,
with effect from the15th August 2022.
