PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above draft plan was on the 18th December, 2025 completed. 28 28 The plan relates to land situated within Oldonyiro Ward, Isiolo North Constituency, Isiolo County. A copy of the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on working at the Office of the County Executive Committee Member (CECM), Lands and Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development, Transport, and Municipal Services, 2nd floor, Ardhi House, Isiolo Town, Oldonyiro Sub-County Administrator’s Office and Oldonyiro Ward Administrator’s Office, the County Government of Isiolo Website: www.isiolo.go.ke/downloads at any time during the notice period and the Oldonyiro Chief’s office. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may send the same to: The County Executive Committee Member, Lands, Physical Planning, Infrastructure, Urban Development Transport and Municipal Services, 2nd Floor, Ardhi House, Isiolo Town within sixty (60) days from the date of this notice and such representations shall state the grounds on which they are made.
