PURSUANT to section 12 of the East African Community Customs Management Act, 2004 the Commissioner of Customs and Border Control appoints the following Customs areas, Entrances and Exits etc. (a) The place specified in the first column of the Schedule as a Customs area for the purposes of the Act and the limits shall be those set out in the Schedule.
