GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 54

WHEREAS James Kirimi Solomon M’Ithinji (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.34 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Meru County, known as Nkuene/Kathera/1619, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Githongo in Succession Cause No. E114 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Gicuru Kirimi Ithinji, as the administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Timothy Kimathi Ithinji and (2) Gicuru Kirimi Ithinji, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said Gicuru Kirimi Ithinji, as the administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Timothy Kimathi Ithinji and (2) Gicuru Kirimi Ithinji, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Kirimi Solomon M’Ithinji (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
