THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Johnny Mwendwa Musyoka (ID/0271739), of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kityui in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.030 and 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Kitui District, registered under title Nos. Nzambani/Kyanika/4888 and 4891, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land registers opened thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land registers under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
