THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(Cap. 300)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Sylvia Wairimu Kanyenje (ID/24751546), is
registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those
pieces of land containing 0.044 and 0.030 hectare or thereabouts,
situate in Nyandarua County, known as Nyandarua/Ol Joro Orok
Salient/3381 and 17272, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence
has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof
have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60)
days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided
that no objection has been received within that period.
