REGISTRATION
WHEREAS (1) Penina Atieno Okul and (2) Angeline Awuor
Oduor, both of P.O. Box 83820-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of
Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interestof
subdivision No. 2937/III/MN, situate in the North of Mtwapa Creek in
the Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 26999, and whereas sufficient
evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register has been
lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the
date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that
no objection has been received within that period.
