THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Khalid Salim Kassim, of P.O. Box 355, Kilifi in the
Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land
containing 2.465 hectares or thereabout, known as
Chembe/Kibabamshe/627, situate in Siaya County, by virtue of a
certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced
to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost,
notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date
hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no
objection has been received within that period.
