THE CONSTITUTION
(Cap. 8A)
APPOINTMENT
PURSUANT to the provisions of the Constitution of Kenya, and
section 35 of the Judicial Service Act, Cap. 8A, the Chief Justice of the
Republic of Kenya and the Chairperson of the National Council on the
Administration of Justice (NCAJ) appoints the following members to
the NCAJ Working Committee on the Information, Communication
and Technology (ICT) for the remaining period of the Committee’s
term. The Terms of Reference for the Committee remain the same.
