Box 182–30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprotich Lagat Chemumbe, who died at Kipkeigei, on 16th November, 2010. Box 33–40110, Songhor in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Chelangat Chebochok, who died at Kapkara Sub-location, on 17th July, 2002. Box 182–30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkemboi Sang, who died at Matambach, on 15th August, 2023. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2025 By Lydiah Chepchirchir Kalisia, of P.O. Box 182–30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johannes Some Kiboit alias Johanes Some Kiboit, who died at Lelwak, on 19th May, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
