Box 300–80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiremislia Bospori Musuri alias Keremislia Mispori Musuella, who died at Ololoopon Sub-location, on 25th June, 2019. Box 300–80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Oswango Koyo alias John Oswago Koyo, who died at Kendu Adventist Hospital in Kenya, on 6th April, 2013. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2025 By (1) Ezekiel Njogu Wainaina and (2) Samuel Murigi Wainaina, both of P.O. Box 46–80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabina Njoki Wainaina, who died at P.C.E.A. Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 1st September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
