Box 48, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japhet Nyale Mwango, who died at Kaloleni, on 2nd February, 2021. CAUSE NO. Box 26–80403, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Kambi, who died at Kaloleni, on 20th February, 1990. CAUSE NO. Box 26–80403, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Kambi, who died at Kaloleni, on 6th November, 1970. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025 By James Mwangome Muye, of P.O. Box 26–80403, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mzomba Kambi, who died at Kaloleni, on 12th July, 1978. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2025 By (1) Elizabeth Dora Jacca and (2) Irene Katheleen Umazi, both of P.O. Box 130, Mariakani in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Jacca Denje alias Charles Jacca Denje, who died at Mwele, Kilifi, on 8th May, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
