NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya, notice is hereby given to the various owners of motor vehicles Reg. Nos. KAS 468N, Honda CRV; Trailer ZC 2151; KAW 846K, Nissan Sunny and KRR 873, Peugeot 404, to collect the said Motor Vehicles from the premises of Purple Royal Storage and Auction Yard, along Kiambu Road, near Wonderjoy Gardens, Nairobi, Nairobi City County, within thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding storage and other related and accrued charges failure to which the same shall be sold by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the respective owners whatsoever.
