NOTICE is given that a creditor’s petition for Insolvency/Liquidation of the above-mentioned Company, Metro Petroleum Limited, a limited liability company with its registered offices situated in the Republic of Kenya and of P.O. Box 30403– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, by the High Court of Kenya at Milimani Law Courts, was on the 19th March, 2025, presented to the said Court by Singh Gitau Advocates; c/o LJA Associates LLP, 3rd Floor, Cavendish Block, 14 Riverside Drive, P.O. Box 49594–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya. THAT the said Petition is directed to be mentioned before the High Court, Commercial & Admiralty Division sitting at Nairobi, Milimani Law Courts, on the 19th day of January 2026 at 9 o’clock, or soon thereafter; and any creditor or contributory of the said Company desirous of supporting or opposing the making of an Order on the said Petition may appear at the time of mention in person or by his Advocate for that purpose. A copy of the Petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said Company requiring such a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
