IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Articles 88 (4) (d) and (e) and 177 (1) (a) of the Constitution of Kenya, sections 13 (3), 19 and 31 (2C) of the Elections Act, 2011 and Regulation 13B of the Elections (General) Regulations, 2012 and Regulations 15, 16, 17 and 18 of the Elections (Party Primaries and Party List) Regulations, 2017, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission hereby gives NOTICE to the public that the persons listed in the Seventh and Eighth Columns of the Schedule stand to contest in the party primary for United Democratic Alliance for Member of County Assembly for Muminji and Evurore Wards, Mbeere North Constituency, Embu County and West Kabras Ward, Malava Constituency, Kakamega County scheduled to be held on 10th January, 2026.
