THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abdalla Farid Fadhil (ID/13019148), of P.O. Box 98- 80500, Lamu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.4115 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Lamu, registered under title No. Lamu/Block V/237, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost/destroyed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya from and against all actions, proceedings and claims that may arise after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register shall be reconstructed under the provision of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
