REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Noureddine Houcine Kara, of P.O. Box 25949–00504, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that that parcel of land situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, known as L.R. No. 209/2389/149, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as IR. 8231/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
