REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Edgelink Limited, of P.O. Box 3399–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of the land, known as L.R. No. 27769/9, situate in east of Nakuru Municipality in the Nakuru District, by virtue of a grant of title, registered as I.R. 130635/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue 264 264 a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
