THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kagoto Donkey Owners Self Help Group, of P.O. Box 7139–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of of all that piece of land containing 1.600 hectares or thereabout, known as Solai/Ndungiri Block 10/169, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
