THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Betty Wangui Gikonyo and (2) Muchohi Ruiru Gikonyo, both of. P.O. Box 73297–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0180 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under certificate No. Nairobi/Block 93/922, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease of the said piece of land is missing and whereas all efforts made to locate the said certificate have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue another certificate of lease be deemed of no effect.
