NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th March, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2575 in Volume DI, Folio 215/2117 File No. MMXXII, by our client, Munirah Wamaitha Mohammed Maluki, of P.O. Box 20100–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mwanakombo Wamaitha Mohammed M., formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mwanakombo Wamaitha Mohammed M. and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Munirah Wamaitha Mohammed Maluki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Munirah Wamaitha Mohammed Maluki only.
