NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th December, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 338, in Volume B-13, Folio 2189/18393, File No. 1637, by our client, Said Khalifan Stein-Mwamose, of P.O. Box 90231–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Said Khalfan Mwamose, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Said Khalfan Mwamose, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Said Khalifan Stein- Mwamose, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Said Khalifan Stein-Mwamose only.
