ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KBQ 221L, Audi Q4, lying at Jumeriah Enterprises, North Airport Road, Embakasi, Nairobi, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding storage charges together with any other incidental costs incurred by the company until delivery of the motor vehicle is taken, notice is further given that the motor vehicle said vehicle shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale or part thereof shall be used to defray the outstanding amount owed, should the owner (s) fail to take delivery within the stipulated period as herein above stipulated.
