THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rashid Mwakuyeya Mwinyi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kwale Kundutsi B/1428, situate in Kwale District, and whereas the Kadhis Court at Nyahururu in succession cause No. E104 of 2020, has vested the property to Suleiman Rashid Juba, (2) Juma Rashid Mwakuku, (3) Saida Rashid Mwakuku and (4) Biasha Rashidi Wechari, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to Rashid Mwakuyeya Mwinyi (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of LRA. 39 and LRA. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Rashid Mwakuyeya Mwinyi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
