REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Ben Kariuki Mukungu (ID/4314770/67), is registered
as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.02 hectares or
thereabout, known as Kijabe/Kijabe Block 1/887, situate in the district
of Naivasha, and whereas it had been closed for subdivision on 18th
September, 2017 into 40 new parcel numbers 17132 to 17171
containing 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas the green cards
opened on 21st July, 2020, and whereas it has been established that
Ben Kariuki Mukungu passed away on 1st April, 1993, according to
the death certificate No. 2603895 of 1993 and therefore he did not sign
the mutation form for subdivision, notice is given that after the
expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid
objection has been received within that period, I intend to reverse the
subdivision of 887 namely 17132 to 17171 and instruct the district
surveyor to amend the registry index map back to parcel number 887
thereby nullifuying all green cards and title deeds emanating from the
subdivision of 887 to allow the implementation of the succession cause
No. 3719 of 2004 at the High Court of Kenya according to the
certificate of confirmation of grant of parcel No. 887, and upon such
registration the subdivision and issuance of green cards of
Kijabe/Kijabe 17132 to 17171, issued to various people on various
dates shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
