REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kimuchu Kamutu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kijabe/Kijabe Block 1/606, situate in Naivasha District, and whereas the High Court at Nairobi in succession cause No. 1581 of 2014, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Peter Kimani Kimuchu, (2) Lucy Wangui Kung’u and (3) Grace Wanjiku Kamuchu, and Whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed to the said Kimuchu Kamatu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
