REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Ondigo Michira, of P.O. Box 57007, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of a leasehold interest in all that piece of land containing 0.0160 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the District of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 76/71, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
