IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (2) (a) of the National Council for Population and Development Order, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces of the Republic of Kenya, appoint— DAVID NGUGI to be the Chairman of the National Council for Population and Development Board, for a period of two (2) years, with effect from the 21st July, 2022.
