NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st November, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 651, in Volume D1, Folio 436/4387, File No. MMXXII, by me, Victor Kavita Musili (guardian), on behalf of Joel Kyama Kavita (minor), formerly known as Jabari Kyama Kavita, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jabari Kyama Kavita, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joel Kyama Kavita, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Joel Kyama Kavita only.
