NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th October, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 321, in Volume B-13, Folio 2247/19040, File No. 1637, by our client, Rennee Achieng Jay, of 30, Palm Grove, Giuldford, GUI, 1 JP, Surrey, United Kingdom, formerly known as Mildred Achieng Owino, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name as Mildred Achieng Owino and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rennee Achieng Jay, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rennee Achieng Jay only.
