NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th December, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1052, in Volume D1, Folio 442/4449, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Haddah Jepkoech Cheress, of P.O. Box 91– 30307, Mosoriot in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Haddah Jepkoech, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name as Haddah Jepkoech and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Haddah Jepkoech Cheress, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Haddah Jepkoech Cheress only.
