THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Edwina Akech Noisio (ID/26569678), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kajiado/Olcoro Onyore/27960, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas sufficient evidence adduced proves that the said original land title deed was fraudulently acquired, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the said land title deed for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and revert the piece to its rightful owner being (1) Paul Kipalian ole Olemesher (ID/4718005), (2) Moro ole Rekishor (ID/1350932), (3) Leshan ole Sankaire (ID/4555284), (4) Lendeki Sokoiyuni (ID/1063843), (5) Kausai ole Kurunde (ID/1066103) and (6) Musee ole Sakuda (ID/4555234), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Edwina Akech Noisio (ID/26569678), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
